New Gods (2024) ongoing series written by Ram V, and with art by Evan Cagle
There is a misconception that fans who want the snyderverse to continue have no interest in anything else. While I'm sure there are some fans that would fit that description, I believe many people who do love Zack Snyder's contributions to the DCEU have interest in projects he has no involvement in.
Here are some movies and tv shows that I'm personally looking forward to:
Green Lanterns by Seth Grahame-Smith
New Gods by Ava Duvernay & Tom King
Naomi by Ava Duvernay
Shazam: Fury of the Gods by David F. Samsburg
Black Adam by Jaume Collet-Serra
Zatanna by Emerald Fennell
Justice League Dark by JJ Abrams
Static Shock by Michael B. Jordan and Reginald Hudlin

Some idiot: Snyder fans are not real DC fans.
Me, a DC fan who have been following DC-related content since the 2001 JL cartoon, loves Snyder’s contribution to the DCEU and optimistic about projects that he’s not involved in:
I have no issue with standalone solo films but I’m gonna be pissed if I don’t get to see these great heroes interact with each other.
Regardless of what may happen for the future of the DC extended universe, all I can ask is for that the DCEU be its own thing and not a full blown ripoff of the MCU. Also in Superman’s case: move on from the Richard Donner era it’s not 1978 anymore.
Reminder that people can be enthusiastic for future films for the DCEU while simultaneously request for the Snyder Cut of Justice League.
It doesn’t have to be a choice between one or the other. If you don’t care for the Snyder Cut that’s fine but that doesn’t mean those who do have to stop because you said so. And to the Snyder Cut supporters don’t be Debbie downers on those looking forward to projects like Aquaman and Shazam (But if they’re using the successes as another excuse to take a jab on previous films feel free to call them out on it).
Raise your hand if you want the current DCEU to live on with it’s own identity that isn’t “Marvel-lite”
