first of all, i am still alive. had a lot of things happened and it includes to me having a job since april. i haven't visited nor opened my account for so long and it's currently almost 3am here so i opened my account since i can't sleep and got nothing to do and i also miss posting here.

second, I'LL BE SEEING ATEEZ NEXT WEEK! i am panicking (kinda) deep inside and i haven't even packed yet and this is actually my first ever concert. idk how to describe how i'm feeling rn

The sunlight filtering through your blinds wakes you up much sooner than you wanted. You must have forgotten to draw the curtains the other day. Next to you, Yunho sleeps soundly, the sunlight not reaching his eyes on account of his face being tucked into your neck. Lucky bastard.

After about half a second of debating whether to suffer through it or get up and shut the curtains, the latter wins and you attempt to untangle yourself from your boyfriend’s arms. This proves to be difficult as Yunho’s subconscious is apparently determined to keep you directly in the sun’s path.

After a few minutes of silently struggling, you’re sure you’ve woken Yunho up. For heaven’s sake, you can feel him smiling into your neck and the light brushes of his lashes on your skin. “If you’re awake, why don’t you let me close the curtains?”

You feel rather than hear Yunho’s rumbling laughter. “I’m not awake.” You huff an annoyed laugh but you smile in spite of it.

“Lies.” Now that he’s awake, you have no qualms about pushing him off you. You enact your plan so quickly that Yunho has no time to react and you quickly make your escape.

You close the curtains triumphantly, but when you turn around Yunho is looking at you with so much betrayal in his eyes that you second-guess your actions.

“Did I hurt you?” you ask, coming over to check on him for any injuries you may have caused by pushing him aside onto a (very comfy) bed.

It’s only when you notice the glint in his eyes that you realise your mistake, and by then it’s too late.

You try to dodge, but Yunho’s arms wrap around your waist and pull you into his chest. You struggle a little but now that the sun isn’t directly in your eyes and you’re back in your warm bed you’re already feeling sleepy again. You give up quickly and finally relax in Yunho’s arms.

“I’m going back to sleep,” you announce as if it wasn’t obvious with the way your eyes were fluttering close.

Yunho laughs breathly into your hair, nestling his face back into the crook of your neck. “Mmh, then so will I.” You’re already well on your way to dreamland so you only barely catch his next words. “Love you, sunshine."
