nader and his family are so so so incredibly close to their goal at €45,472/€50,000, but donations are starting to slow down slightly. WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!
this family has multiple children, including nader himself (17), mohammed (14), and baby iman (who is only one year old). they also have a cancer patient who desperately needs treatment and safety.
nader is an incredibly kind and wonderful young man who i've been in contact with for a while now, and i worry for him and his loved ones every day. please don't let him down. please help him and his loved ones.

it’s so unfair that people go thru life with the idea that there’s like “acceptable victims” for all this fear and tragedy.
like, if bombs were being dropped in a neighbourhood in the us, there would be so much outrage and it would end immediately for whoever bombed them, just because those people had the luck of being born in a powerful country.
and yet, even though many people are like “oh it’s so sad that there’s war in X country” there’s not the same sense of INJUSTICE.

People are so used to hearing about bombs in these places they just turn insensitive. They don’t care anymore. And that’s the worst part. We’ve reached a point where people don’t flinch at numbers in Lebanon and Gaza and that’s the worst part.
I don’t think people understand the level of privilege they live in. In a daily basis.if you have adequate sanitation services (clean water, clean food, clean toilets) you are already top 54%. If you have food on a daily basis you are already part of the top 35%. Approximately 2.3 billion people (29.3 percent) were moderately or severely food insecure in 2021. an estimated 45 million children under the age of five were suffering from wasting – the deadliest form of malnutrition. And there are so many more heart breaking figures.

Personally, I like winter because I get to wear sweaters and jackets without getting overheated.
It also helps that I know I'll end the cold nights with a roof over my head, which is a luxury that many people in Gaza do not have. Maybe the idea of a dangerous winter is something that feels alien to many of us, but for families in Gaza, winter poses a very real risk. Few have a proper shelter and are living in cloth tents, which offer little protection from the cold. Getting proper clothing and food, much less warm food, is an incredible struggle.
My friend Dina @dinamahammed99 is living in this kind of situation every day, with her two very young children. Her son has already gotten a fever, and proper healthcare is hard to find right now. She also wants to be able to buy a better tent to keep her family warmer in the winter, but resources in Gaza are limited and the prices keep rising. If she can't get a proper tent, the winter will be incredibly dangerous and they will be left unprepared. She is asking for your help to save her children from this fate. No child deserves to freeze, or to go hungry or thirsty. If you believe in the rights of all human beings, then please move to help my friend and improve the situation for her children.
