Okay but what I can’t get my head around is that for Jensen this scene was

Because we are all sitting here dying over Dean’s face and the hug and everything about it being so destiel it hurts… But to Jensen this was understated? As in he was expecting more? And since he is basically in Deans head this means that he thinks Dean WOULD have wanted MORE from this moment?

Because holy crap guys if that is the case then I’m sorry but Jensen knows. I think that “destiel doesn’t exist” gif is now 100% null and void.

As in Dean is holding something back.

Considering he just called him pal and has previously called him brother, yelled about how he is family and is telling him to come HOME.
