I fucking love Mandy with all my heart
Mandy Patinkin is a fucking treasure and a model ally. He walked away from the extremely lucrative lead role on Criminal Minds after three seasons (Joe Mantegna took over the position) because, and I’m paraphrasing, every week it was another script with a raped woman, or a murdered woman, or a raped and murdered woman, and wanted no part of making that into entertainment.

mandy patinkin is an incredible human being & to me such a model jew & such a beautiful personification of jewish belief. he cares so much about the world & about human suffering, & he isn’t afraid to get emotional about it. he uses his voice & his platform to advocate for meaningful causes & create actual change. he also looks just like my dad which makes me cry but anyway.
Mandy Patinkin is god.
