Honestly, being a TRA therapist for most of my career peaked me. Every TIF was just butch and uncomfortable with being sexualized and every TIM was overtly sexual about their transition and bemoaned about their inability to pass constantly.
I don't take TIMs anymore. I just can't ethically be helpful to them. I got so tired of hearing about how they fantasized about having tits and a pussy, how no one wanted to date them, and how much hornier and emotional they felt on HRT.
TIFs are fine because we eventually reach a point of deconstructing their internalized misogyny regardless of their "identity".
Women are emotionally mature in a way that men will never be. Men don't start to grow emotionally until their adulthood, if ever. We've got 20+ years on them and they just can't make up for that difference.

The few TiMs I’ve been friends with have either tried to hit me up to sext multiple times (until I felt exhausted and gave in) or posted about how awful it is that lesbians don’t want them. It really is crazy how that’s their biggest concern. Mine is when I had a bunch of TiF friends trying to convince me what I was experiencing was gender dysphoria (when it was internalized misogyny). I believed it until I realized every experience I had that was ‘gender dysphoria’ was related to misogyny I experienced and held towards myself and not ‘feeling like another gender’. Also, being told that me being autistic meant I was more likely to be trans because I ‘wouldn’t understand what gender felt like’.
But what about the males in skirts?? What about the women we encourage to be manipulated?? :(( Nooo don’t stop having sex with men!!!
