I had a horrible dream last night where I lost someone that I love and care for so dearly because they felt like there were no options for them.. They felt misunderstood, they felt like no one listened, they felt like no one cared, they felt like nobody wanted to help..
I want to give a shoutout to all the MEN going through a lot, with no one to turn to, because this world has wrongly taught males to mask their emotions.
You’re allowed to be disappointed, you’re allowed to be angry, you’re allowed to be scared, you’re allowed to cry and you sure as hell are allowed to speak up about it.
What I don’t feel you should allow yourself to do is give up. You are stronger, braver and so much more important than you realise. So please speak up when you need to, you’re not less of a man for seeking help 💚
