Took me a little longer to get to this one, but here’s the third in the set! I had originally planned for this to be the last one, but now I feel like there ought to be one more. Hopefully I’ll get to that later this month.

Magnus “the Fish Friend” Burnsides

I think it’s funny how, when Angus was introduced in Rockport Ltd and Griffin described him as being dressed “fancy,” the fandom collectively went “Oh yeah, I know what that looks like!” and this was it:

The only real difference between Matt Mercer and Griffin McElroy is that when they wanted to introduce a pair of super powerful near invulnerable beings who are there to wreck our heroes’ shit, Matt brought them in draped in false friendship and mysterious circumstances and sinister overtones while Griffin made them vogue to techno music

Let me tell you how i reacted seeing that news and those photos

matt mercer: describes an npc’s clothes, stature, dimples, receding hairline, the sparkle in their eyes, etc.

griffin mcelroy: “i realized i’ve never described this npc so i’m definitely not gonna start now. gotta keep the mystery alive”
