Okay, so you know how I said the other day that my phone screen shattered?

WELL!

While trying to replace the screen, it blew up in my face.

I mean literally. I guess I punctured the battery case while removing it because it sparked. Then it smoked. Then it exploded in a fireball of broken glass and molten plastic.

I got away with just some burns to my hand, chest, and shoulder, but obviously my phone didn't survive the ordeal.

Which means I need to open up commissions to cover the cost of a replacement.

Tiger's Annual Trick or Treat Fic Fest!!

That special time of year, when your humble host opens up their ask box for eager trick or treaters to come a knock knock knocking in hopes of getting a nice juicy little ficlet. If you’re new here, let’s have a quick breakdown of how it works.

On this most wonderful of holidays, you can drop a pairing or a character in my inbox and ask for a Trick, or a Treat. Now a Treat, will get you a smutty, sexy, steamy bit of writing. While a Trick will get you something from the mixed bag. It might be silly. It might be fluffy. It might be spooky.

There are of course, a few simple, easy to follow rules.

You must be following me, as such my ask box has anon turned off for the time being.
No prompt/scenario requests. Just provide me with a pairing or a character, and whether you want a Trick or a Treat.
That said, I understand there are a lot of fandom allergies out there. If you have a squick you would like me to avoid, please feel free to let me know before hand.
You must reblog your gift. There is no exception. After years past where people came trick or treating and did nothing other than like the post, I got very disheartened and almost stopped doing this event. So now, trick or treaters who don’t pass their gift along to let others read will be blacklisted from all future events. Reblogging to a side blog is more than welcome, just please tag the url you made your request with.
If you don’t see a character or pairing tagged, and you know I’ve written for them before, odds are very good they simply slipped my mind. Feel free to ask!

DC's New52 retcon of their marriage has since been put to rights when they renewed their vows in DC Pride 2023.

Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy: Ever since the episode Harley&Ivy in Batman The Animated Series, this couple has been a fan favourite long before they were together in canon. Now, they appear in every Pride anthology, and most of DC's romance anthologies. Together, they had the first same-sex kiss on the cover of a superhero comic.

Tim Drake and Bernard Dowd: Fans have long had theories about all members of the BatFamily, but Tim Drake is the first of them to officially come out as queer, when he began dating former school friend and Bat enthusiast, Bernard Dowd. They were recently featured sharing the first kiss between two men on a superhero comic cover.

I've decided to start categorising my pairings.

Pairings that are canon in the source material. Ex: Timbern, Harlivy,
Pairings that aren't officially recognised in current canon but A-are canon in another universe, B- are supported by the writers if not the publishers, and C- have been written as if canon OR is canon, but one-sided. Ex: HalBarry, Boostle, TimKon, Aquamanhunter
Pairings that aren't canon romantically, but the characters still love one another. Ex: JayRoy, BruHarvey, StephCass
Pairings that aren't canon, but have great chemistry and I like to rotate them in my head and squish them together while going 'Now kiss!' Ex: ColdFlash, WallyPiper, TimOwen
I don't actually ship them, but their portmanteau is funny and that's good enough for me. Ex: DickStroke, DickJokes
