Oh! NOELLE! I don't get a lot of requests for her, so let us see~

Sleeping isn't something that Noelle has ever really loved. Because on a lot of the nights she has had nightmares, or tried to use sleep as a means of escape, since... it was a better alternative to living in the family she had while growing up.

So while it has been better, there hasn't been real comfort in it either for a long, long time. And the best nights have been those where she doesn't dream at all, which becomes a trend for a good number of years.

This changes when she joins the Bulls, but it is a journey. To dream again, and have pleasant dreams at that. Because now sleep isn't only an escape and something her body needs like food or water or air. It becomes something actually enjoyable

👗-Describe their style

Nora's style is practical. Despite being a princess of Clover, she's very much not princess-y in a lot of way, and prefers spending time elsewhere than the ballroom or the study. Which doesn't mean to say that she doesn't like meeting people or learning, but just that she finds people to be very ... dry, usually, when they are at the castle. But outside, they tend to be more genuine.

She usually wears pants, but wouldn't say no to a skirt if she feels that it's more practical for the time being, for any reason. Wears usually a lot of earthy colours like browns and brown-ish reds, which contrasts her purple eyes a lot of the times.

Nora isn't very good at giving gifts. At least for the sake of giving gifts. As in, if someone straight up they need something, she would get that for them, but thinking of a present that would be there just... do give something, she is bad at. She does try her best though

Mereoleona

I say "a beast unleashed" because... I do think that Mereo keeps on growing and getting more badass. So she hasn't yet found a way how to fully unleash herself. And yes, I say that even tho things happened in canon.

I want her to live so bad! But I do also make her squeak. In... a different way than most. And I would say that "everyone" else is wrong about them (again in the most light hearted tone) because... I think that the fandom at large consider her as just a battle crazed maniac with big tits and... my guys, gals and nb pals... that is not her entire character (looks specifically towards the one ask that I got once upon a time...)

But as with all the Fire Vermillions, I do love the aesthetic. She's one of my blorbos

Nozel is a lot of things to me. But... I do remember the days when people only seemed to want to make Nozel suffer. Like... there was juts so much hatred, even on Tumblr, for him and... I do kinda get it. He's not a pleasant character by any means, but he is a COMPLEX character. Which makes him very interesting. And to think him to be an entirely morally corrupt person undeserving of love and who can only do wrong, and who's sole way of redeeming himself would be via dying in battle (preferably for Noelle) is such a closed minded and lazy way of reading his arc specifically.

That is one of the ways why I've grown to be more of a "for Nozel spokesperson". I've just seen too many bad takes of him, so I try to push the scales to the other direction. Or I did, at least, these days I'm shifting more towards the centre of these two scales.

But I do bully him in my fics a little bit too. Because he just is "coded" like that. The same as putting him through situations and emotions. I just... want to make him feel his emotions.

I say "didn't get bullied enough" because I think in canon he doesn't get reprimanded enough. Maybe now that the plot has began to unwind for the Silvas.

I do like Owen, and I do like his character design. But aside of that, I don't think I have many thoughts about him. He's just... kinda there. In the background. Doing his thing and keeping Clover standing. Which might be a little unfair for him, but... I do like him. He's built like a father

Helena:

I feel like this might be a tad bit obvious, but the word I chose means "smile". Because Helena is a happy, smiling person. But a smile isn't always happy. Sometimes a smile can be happy, sometimes it can be comforting and reassuring, and sometimes it can conceal pain and other emotions. And I think Helena does a lot of these.

She is a healer, and she does give kind, comforting and compassionate smiles, which is a strength of hers as a healer. The ability to offer smiles that might not be happy ones, but ones that do bring people comfort.

She is also expressive, and does smile when she is happy. But she also smiles through the pain, and uses it to hide her troubles. Which partly is because she is a princess, and she's not supposed to show pain and hurt. But I also like to think that it's a way for her to keep focusing on the better things. To basically trick herself into believing into a brighter tomorrow.

And maybe Helena might seem like a happy princess on the surface, much like smiles can just seem happy at first glance. But in reality there is a lot more depth to them, just like to Helena

I checked, and this was my choice for him back in 2022 too, but, with the latest manga revelations there's a new element to this. So. Because the word means "pride" at first glance it's easy to see why such a word would fit him. Since he is a prideful man. He is a proud man. But. He can also be proud of the accomplishments of others, so he can be proud too. (As in proud of someone else.)

However, because the word in Finnish is a bit of a double edged sword, since pride is seen as a kind of arrogance if it's not directed towards someone other than you yourself. So. Pride can hurt. And I think that is what pride is doing to him too. Both in the metaphorical sense, but also as a manifestation of his spell.

Pride is also a very outwardly thing. It can be seen on a person if it's used to describe the person themself, so Nozel wearing his pride as his armour, does hurt him. Similar as to how his mercury armour hurts him.

It secludes him and isolates him, but there is also a source of his strength. I think. Because he is proud of the accomplishments of others, and himself. And sure, "ylpeys" can be a driving force. But it's best worn as an undergarment rather than a top coat.
