Gen!! HIIII!! I'm so happy to see you again! I hope you're doing good ^^
Noelle! She has come such a long way from when we first saw her. She was ... well, in a way she was timid, though she hid it under being vocal about being royal and knowing her place in society. So, I think that it was her insecurities talking, more than anything. But little by little, as she is and feels accepted by those around her, her insecurities don't have as much room to lift their head. And I think that it did a lot to her to hear that because she has a lot of mana, it is incredibly unlikely of her to be able to control her mana at a young age, meaning that her mana wasn't manageable like that. Which meant that she isn't a failure due to her mana, but instead she can do so much more than she might have initially thought.
Overall I think that during the time we have seen her in canon, she has had so many important revelations about herself. One of which I think that is worth of bringing to the table, is Nozel telling Noelle to seek Dorothy out in order to learn about what happened to Acier. And since Nozel was physically incapable of talking to Noelle about it, the whole scene becomes much more understandable. But also I think that it was a sign of Nozel making the decision that Noelle has the right to know about what has happened, and him knowing that the family setting in which their father has lead the family (about which I talked about in my Nozel post of this ask game), is wrong. So, allowing Noelle to understand what has been going on, and the consequences of events that have happened, the people around her have really allowed her to go down the road of growth.
And I do think that they, as the Silva siblings, need to sit down and really talk about all of it in some point. Though I think that they very much are doing that, little by little, because (and I forget if this really happened in the manga or someone just said it, but I've elected to accept it in my thinking process) the ribbons that Noelle had in Heart were given as a gift by Nozel (again, could be just a headcanon). I also think that Noelle doesn't want to cut ties with her siblings, because she understands that they were victims too in all of this, though they did some very very bad decisions. Though I don't think that they'll be the closest of families either, ever in the future. But I do want to see the Silvas, all of the Silvas, in the fight of the last arch. I want to see them on the same front.
I think that Noelle is growing to be an exceptional leader and a strong mage, who will surpass Acier in some point, and I'm so proud of her. I'm proud of the emotional journey she has made, and I am proud of who she is becoming. She's acknowledging her emotions, she's coming to terms with them (about Asta and a lot of other things too, I think).
If I was to name a character in BC, in whom we can see great character development, Noelle would be on the top of that list. She is another complex character, and there is so much to explore in the story of the Silva family.
I'm just proud of her

Headcanon: What they would do if they had one month to live
Noelle Silva
At first she'd try to fight it. There must be a cure of some kind, despite having the nagging knowledge that not all conditions can be cured. Which is precisely what happened with her mother. And little by little, as time keeps ticking forward, she'd come to accept it. After all, their mother had had to accept it, and so would she.
But she wouldn't want to stay curled in a corner of the room, instead, she'd spread her wings and fly. She'd do so much she feels she missed out while living in the Silva estate. She'd wear something far too flamboyant, be too loud and too reckless, breaking havoc with her partners in crime; the Black Bulls. She'd stay up way too late and sleep in during the day. She'd tell Asta she likes him.
She'd make memories she wouldn't regret.
Headcanon: Their fondest childhood memory
Noelle Silva
Her fondest memory is connected to the worst memory she has. And it's the reason why she does revere Nozel as much as she does. Because that day, when their father told her that she was a sorry excuse of a daughter, she... she didn't know what to think, who to turn to, and had she not bumped into Nozel on her way out of the castle, she probably would have ran away.
It was there, with reluctance and tears in her eyes that she told Nozel what father had said, and though Nozel didn't want her growing to be a strong battle mage of the front lines; this was too much. He couldn't justify father's words any way he might try to think about it. And so, he crouched down onto her level and suggested they'd get her ice cream. It was a clumsy attempt to make her feel better, but it was a straw for her to cling to.
So, they got some for her, and he stayed by her side. He didn't say much, but the few things he said to her, and the fact that he was there; they made the day after that, the fondest memory she has of her childhood. Nozel-oniisama cares

Headcanon: Something this character is truly proud of
Noelle Silva
When she was first told that she'd be joining the Black Bulls, she wasn't happy. She was ashamed, felt abandoned, ridiculed. There wasn't one happy emotion connected to it. But still, she joined, trying to keep her head high and become the best Black Bull she could be, because surely it'd be an easy task for royalty such as herself.
Well, turns out it wasn't. Turns out there was a lot of genuine emotions in the Bulls. Turns out that they care for her, and want her to grow. Turns out they allow her to take her time. There's no crafted, stuck up expectations. There's just them. They might be a weird, loud, anything but what you'd think of a knight. But... they care. They're strong, inventive, funny, though most of the time annoying, but they are another family.
When she first joined the Black Bulls, she didn't think that she'd be proud of being in that squad. But it turns out that... she is. She is proud to be a Black Bull. And she means it. This might not have been what she wanted, but it was something she needed. Thus:
She is a Black Bull, and she is proud of it.
