Love being fun and silly with strangers… Today at the farmers market the hummus guy saw my bag and was like “We’re filling that up right??” and I was like Twist my arm!! and we both hooted. Then at the end he was like “By the way the baklava is only half sliced so make sure to slice before serving… that is, if you’re going to share!!” and I was like “Oh I wouldn’t count on that!! 😉😉” and we shared another hearty laugh. i quit my FUCKING job and they ran the list of things I did that I made for my annual review (which they didn’t get around to until 8 months later) through chatgpt and asked it what a good salary for that job would be and it gave a salary range that is $15,000-$20,000 more than I make after almost 2 years here and they just went with it. The fucking LANGUAGE LEARNING MODEL told them what the things I did were worth and now they’re going to pay whoever they hire to replace me SO much more than they paid me. I hate AI i hate it here i cannot WAIT until my two weeks are up
