Tonight's episode presented by Michael scott:
When you see Rowena crying in the promo and you know sam is destined to kill her and the writers have no emotions and would love nothing more than to rip out your heart.
When you realize what's about to happen when Rowena is crying and tells sam to kill her and you see sam' s heart shattering . All the while cas has to burn his sons body which he could hardly look at let alone kill.
When sam refused but then Rowena brings up dean and you see sam knowing what he has to do but hating it. So he hugs her and plunges the knife in her like it was out of a fan fiction and now you're left a sobbing mess. AND then the episode ends with cas feeling alone and and leaving feeling like he had no purpose.
And not only that but then someone reminds you that ketch died for wanting to protect his friends after progressing so much.
And THEN someone reminds you it's only the third episode.
