AatP - Alice and the Pirates; sub-brand of Baby, the Stars Shine Bright; consists of pirate and darker themes AP - Angelic Pretty; probably the hottest lolita brand, their dresses sell out within seconds of release and girls in Japan queue to their stores upon Lucky Pack Season and on Release days the other AP - Atelier Pierrot, extravagant clothing, some can be used in gothic/classic/punk lolita Aristo - short for aristocrat BtSSB - one of the most popular sweet/classic lolita brands from Japan Cla - commonly used by Chinese Lolitas, meaning classic lolita CGL - anonymous board on 4chan, cosplay, gothic, lolita comm - community, made of lolitas coord - coordination, full outfit DA - direct auction Ds - direct sale; used on selling forums, same as WTS (Want To Sell) DT - direct trade; used on selling forums by people looking for trading their stuff EGL - Elegant, Gothic and Lolita GLB - Gothic Lolita Bible, most important magazine about lolita HB - Highest Bid; used when auctioning; 2. can also mean “headbow”, however, more commonly is used KC for that IW - Innocent World, popular Japanese classic lolita brand JetJ - Juliette et Justine, famous classic Lolita brand from Japan Jsk - jumperskirt, a lolita sleeveless dress often on straps, under which you wear a blouse Kc - “katyusha”, romanization of Japanese word meaning headbow KL - Krad Lanrete, one of the Chinese brands, has been featured (twice) in GLB LM - Lacemarket, biggest western online selling LP - lucky pack; a bag containing random items from store, usually sold during New Years and summer Meta - Metamorphose temps de fille, Japanese (mostly sweet) brand MM - Mary Magdalene, famous classic Lolita brand MMM Moi-Même-Moitie, gothic Lolita brand founded by Mana-sama OTKs - over the knee socks RHS - rocking horse shoes, original by VW; shoes with thick (mostly wooden) sole Sk - skirt TP 1.
