Their gender is listed as "Okama", which is (I believe) a mostly reclaimed derogatory word for a gay man who is effeminate or cross dresses, but (I believe) in recent years their gender's just been up to interpretation, same with pronouns. They're a bully, and also their chest is (allegedly) a set of two missiles that make them way 25 tons.

They love North Korea and Hate Japan.
