Not being in the mood to write when you need to write is the worst kind of mood.
It is sometimes a healing process that brings you an escape and freedom, and sometimes it rips you soul into two and provides you with unnecessary mental breakdowns.
The fact that these top authors of today were rejected so many times, scares me...
James Patterson's first book was rejected 31 times...
J.K Rowling's Harry Potter was rejected by 12 different publishing houses...
It scare me, an aspiring author, who lives in a time where it is even harder to get a book published, to the point where I don't know if I should try and waste my time or not, but yet... I can't just give up when it's my passion to write novels and my dream to publish a book.
It's all about the hard work and hustling now.
Murderers and Writers having the same history.
I honestly think that writers could be potential psychopathic serial killers but instead of putting it in action, they put it on paper.
It's true... We love randomly killing people... In the books... obviously...
me: *thinks of the many plot twists and drama that I want to put my characters through*
me: *thinks about the readers* Oh, they are going to absolutely hate me! *evil chuckle*
