Baked Stuffed Jack-Be-Littles Speaking of pumpkin season, I think it's time to make these little pumpkins again! Stuffed with cinnamon apples, basil mushrooms, mashed sweet potato, and brie & caramelized onions. Easy to make and delicious! Recipe and more photos here.
I met Mommy's friend quarnivoro yesterday! She has a very exciting yard chock full of noms! I got to try begonias, clover, and basil for the first time. My favorite were her begonias--forget about the petals, I couldn't get enough of the yellow bits!
I also climbed into a very spiky bush and got poked in the eye a lot.
Quarnivoro very kindly let Mommy take home a bunch of noms for me. I'm going to be dining like a king all week!
