1. Learn a parent language. 30 minutes on a language learning website a day, a pen and notebook are 20000× better than 10 seconds on insta.
2. Run a blog. About literally anything. Bland as you may be you can not lack a passion.
3. Learn programming & coding. This is the IT age, IT skills make up half of what are measured to be 'high value skills'
4. Learn some dance skills (hopefully high intensity). Better than workouts
5. Personal style and aesthetic study. The university of You Tube is more than happy to help
6. Pick an online course on Leadership or Project Management online.
7. OffScreen Hobbies eg knitting, skating, calligraphy, painting, you get the idea.
8. Read a novel
9. Cloud watching / car counting/ high focus easy tasks. Reset your dopamine receptors.
10. watch a documentary (on health, finance, or business)

Time to myself

9. Love keeps no records of wrongs. Lust does not forget offenses.
10. Love does not delight in evil. Lust commits wrong to get its own way and rationalizes it.
11. Love rejoices in the truth. Lust encourages lies and covers up misdeeds.
12. Love always protects. Lust takes for selfish gain and lacks concern for consequences to others.
13. Love always trusts. Lust is suspicious and jealous.
14. Love always hopes. Lust says one chance and you're out.
15. Love always perseveres. Lust retreats when it is no longer convenient.
16. Love never fails (it is constant, enduring, and faithful to the end). Lust ends when self is no longer served (it is fickle, insecure, and unfaithful).
