Finished the main story of Ni No Kuni on my Switch (3rd time fully finishing the game). Am going to play all of the post story content and then move on to the DS version of the game.

Open starter
It was a nice warm day in Castaway Cove, it usually was. Most people wore bathsuits since that was a rule here, but a certain individual didnt. A lanky man with dark brown hair and a shabby look. It wasnt just his clothes and unminded look that made people keep distance, it was because of the rumors that had been going around about him, a filthy thief who would steal whatever he could get his hands on. This used to be true, but now Swaine no longer was a thief. He did still steal at times, when he was running low on food and didnt have money to buy something for his familiars to eat, but he had started actually working for his money by now. Too bad these people didnt know any of that. When he heard a couple of people say something about “get him” and “we should get rid off him” he decided to run away. They were probably not actually planning on harming him, but Swaine wasnt very brave so he just made sure to stay out of their sight for now. He ran out of Castaway Cove and bumped into someone. He looked angrily at the stranger “watch where you’re going!” he snarled.

since i really want to make a side blog for him now, i'm going to write some headcanons down that i have about him, but also some actual facts.
Facts:
-he's kind of a coward
-he often tends to act like he doesnt care, while he actually does
-he used to be a thief
-he doesnt care about his looks
-he has a pretty bad reputation in Castaway Cove
Headcanons:
-he takes great care of his familiars and cares a whole lot about them
-when he steals food and such, he first gives it to his familiar before eating anything himself
-he secretly visits Hamelin to spy on his little brother from time to time, but doesnt show himself
