I am not over the fact that Jesper didn’t realise he’d met Wylan before until he was literally on top of him. He didn’t recognise his one night stand until he was On Top Of Him,,,, that’s the angle he had to have to remember his face,, there’s only one image that’s fitting for this.

just a couple things i loved about shadow and bone *SPOILERS*
- milo the goat
- kaz immediately calling inej an investment and then saying she’s one of a kind
- jesper’s reactions to inej just disappearing
- jesper trusting inej with his life!
- milo the goat!
- kaz and inej stealing jesper’s shots at the bar
- that scene at the end of episode 2 where mal and alina are reaching for each other even though they’re in different places
- THE KEFTAS
- kaz’s hair just getting more messy as the show goes on
- kaz holding milo the goat!!
- mal! (i really didn’t expect to love him as much as i did)
- the darkling revealing his name is aleksander way earlier than he did in the books
- milo the goat saving mal with the bullet jesper tied to him!
- MAKE ME YOUR VILLAIN
- zoya’s growth over the season!
- honestly not a darklina shipper but when he got her the blue irises and said she looked lovely i died
- leigh’s cameo as the first grisha to hug alina after the demonstration was so amazing!
- ALINA GETTING IN THE TRUNK OF THE CARRIAGE AND JESPER JUST BEING IN SHOCK I SWEAR I DIED LAUGHING
- kaz and the darkling faceoff and instead of kaz hitting him with the cane, he gets away by doing a freaking magic trick with an explosion!
- nina and matthias’ dialogue being basically copy and pasted from the book was so amazing!
- also nina and matthias’ chemistry!!!!!
- david raising his hand to talk to the darkling was hilarious
- kaz saying he needs inej
- alina being the one who gave inej her “sankta alina” knife (pretty sure i saw that as a fan theory before the show came out and i love that it came true!)
- kaz putting up the crow club as collateral for inej
- kaz saving inej by HITTING A VOLCRA WITH HIS CANE
- mal being basically an honorary crow!!!
- kaz admitting at the end that alina is a saint and the look on inej’s face!!!
- honestly anything jesper said at any point in the show was perfect
- NO MOURNERS NO FUNERALS
prob forgetting some but i just finished the show so these are just initial reactions. can guarantee i will be rewatching this show many many more times

why are we all sleeping on the fact that kaz brekker fought off a volcra with a cane for inej ghafa. like, he just fucking wacked that thing. it seemed terrified. kaz vs volcra was a showdown
