Rose Tyler was so iconic…no job. no father. hopping planets wearing approximately 10 lbs of waterproof drugstore mascara. a man at home who knew full well she was getting her back blown out by debate team captain space alien David Tennant on the regular and would still hang out with her every time she deigned to grace him with her presence. She killed the Devil? what a great character
yes mama…
Scott and Stiles are busy debating possible supernatural sources for their problem as they enter school that morning. Stiles cuts off mid-sentence and stops walking as his gaze lands on Scott’s locker. Someone has scrawled the words BAD WOLF in yellow block letters across the door. “Dude,” Scott hisses, freezing next to Stiles as he spots the graffiti, “what the hell?”

Doctor Who as a fairytale:
“A long time ago, in a place far away, there lived a young maiden. She lived an ordinary life with an ordinary family. She was happy, but only because she didn’t know what all she was missing in the world.
“One day, evil monsters attacked the maiden while she worked. The monsters had her cornered and she thought she was going to die, but suddenly a hand touched hers. A brave knight showed up and took her hand. He said one word to her: ‘run’, and she did. The knight brought her to safety before slaying the monsters.
“The next day, the knight returned for the maiden. He asked her if she would like to travel with him. She accepted. They traveled far and wide, visiting places the maiden never even dreamed could exist. The knight was clever and heroic, almost everywhere they went he would help people. He would fight to save anyone that he felt had a good heart. The more they traveled, the more the maiden realized that she had fallen in love with the knight. But all was not well. For the maiden and the knight were being followed. The Bad Wolf had started following them. At first they didn’t notice, for it would just silently stalk them in the background. Where ever they went the Bad Wolf would follow, always watching them from a distance. Nowhere was safe from the Bad Wolf’s presence. Even the farthest reaches of the universe could not deter their silent stalker.
“After traveling for months the couple found themselves pulled into a fierce battle in which there was no hope of winning. Caring only about the maiden’s safety, the knight tricked her into a carriage and sent her far away where she would be safe. The maiden desperately tried to return to the knight, because she would rather die with him than leave him to fight alone. But she couldn’t find her way back. Hopeless and heartbroken the maiden started crying. That’s when the Bad Wolf finally approached.
“‘Don’t despair, dear maiden.’ The Bad Wolf said, ‘I know you fear me, but I am a friend. I knew one day you would be separated from your beloved knight, so I came to tell that hope is not yet gone. You can get back to him.’
“‘How?’ the maiden asked warily, she had been afraid of the Bad Wolf for so long, but now she was willing to do anything to save the knight.
“‘Trust me to bring you back’ said the Bad Wolf. The maiden closed her eyes and let the Bad Wolf’s power wash over her. Power filled every part of the maiden’s body. She became more powerful than a god. She suddenly knew where the knight was and how to find him. She hurried back to the battle. Many had already fallen, and the knight was about to die.
“‘No!’ the Maiden said, ‘This war ends now.’ The knight shouted at her to stop, because the Bad Wolf’s power was too strong. But she didn’t listen. She wanted only for her knight to be safe. She used her power to vanquish the enemy and end the battle. But the knight was right, the power of the Bad Wolf was too much for her. She was burning from the inside.
“The knight kissed her and took the power out of her body and into his own. The maiden was saved, but the knight’s body was now burning. Distraught she tried to help him, but he just smiled at her. ‘Don’t worry, my dear maiden’ the knight said, ‘this body is only temporary.’
“Before the confused maiden could ask what he meant, the knight exploded in a blinding light. When the light dispersed a handsome stranger stood in the knight’s place. Though the knight’s body died, the power of the Bad Wolf allowed his mind to live on in a new body. The maiden and the knight continued traveling forever.”
