This morning myself, Wolfie, and two friends got together to have a lovely bacon and sausage roll brunch! It was fantastic cooking, singing, dancing, and chatting together!

And now we are watching VICAR of DIBLEY, which I love <3

It has been absolutely TRAGIC that I have been in Scotland for over two months and not have a BACON ROLL for breakfast! As a Canadian who lives in Edinburgh and loves bacon, it is an absolute MUST.

Wolfie surprised me last night during our shopping by nabbing bacon and rolls and shouting "WE'RE DOING IT!"

This is the result: Bacon Rolls breakfast for two!

All you need is:

- Rolls (buns)

- Bacon

- Butter

- Brown sauce/ketchup/sauce of your choice (Brown Sauce may not exist outside of Britain)
