Where did you get Baxter? Should I buy a pendulum online or in store?

Hi there!I got Baxter at a local metaphysical shop here in my town. I saw him and I knew I just had to have him!! To be honest with you, its personal preference! I personally like buying pendulums in store just so I can have the feel of their energy right then and there. But I know not everyone has access to local shops so if that’s the case, I would try somewhere like etsy or a small witchy business on here. That way you can see pictures of the pendulum you’re buying and if you feel a connection to it. Then you can talk to the seller to make sure that the one pictured is going to be the one you receive. I hope this helps!

You know what really warms my heart....

When you guys talk to Baxter or say hi to him or message about him in general. Or I have readings that go "hey Dannie! Can I ask Baxter a question?"

Omg guys. That just gives me the fuzzies. He totally feels the love and loves all the attention. Thank you for making my Baxter so happy!! He does the best he can and I'm so happy that he's getting his recognition lol.

Sorry for the randomness. I'm just going through my asks and it's becoming more and more of a thing 😊

how accurate is Baxter? because how does this pendulum work? do you get energy from it and it's answer the questions? I'm confused.

Hey there.

Baxter is pretty damn accurate. Other than my first deck of tarot cards, I have never been more connected to a tool before. I think Im a bit confused by your second question. Are you specifically asking how Baxter works? Or how pendulums work in general?

For your third question: This is how I see it as and hopefully I can explain it without getting you confused. There is a constant energy flow between Baxter and myself. We’re a team. So I’m not trying to get energy from him. If anything, I’m allowing him to use my energy. Before I even start readings on here, I make sure Baxter and I are in harmony and our energy flow is there. If not, I wont even do readings. I then try to connect to the requester. That’s why the requests that send names (best) or initals (ok but will do) and some info recieve the best answers is because I can better connect to them. the more information that I have the better my intuition can connect to it. I then ask Baxter the question(s) and he uses my energy and intution to be able to answer the question based on what I have connected to. Obviously, people’s decisions can ultimately change the outcome if they choose to or by accident. Baxter answers based on what path they’re currently on. That’s why every now and then I try to offer advice at the end so that people can try to change the outcome if they wish. But sometimes, the universe is the universe and when it wants something, it will make it happen (or not happen, depending on the case lol).

But people also need to keep in mind that people’s lives are crazy and intricate and have more than one story going on at a time (whether you know it or not) and other people’s crazy and intricate lives connect with yours too. So a simple yes or no question wont always be so simple and there’s ALWAYS more to the story than what meets the eye. So I also encourage tarot readings for more clarity and insight.

Hopefully this clarified a bit for you!

I saw in a post that Baxter chose that name? How did that happen

Hi there!

A lot of time and patience, to be honest lol. It took us about 2 hours to come up with it. Make sure to have a paper and pen readily available if you choose to do this! This is how it all started:Since about a week after I got him, I would ask him “Would you like me to name you?” He would say no. I would be a little bit butt-hurt about it but I continued to try to grow our relationship. Until one day, I just felt like our relationship just solidified and that was the day he said yes! So, we went through the Alphabet. “Would you like your name to start with an A? B? C?” So on and so forth. We ended up with narrowing it down to about 5 initials, which I wrote down. After that, I asked “Would you like a male, female, or unisex name?” (asked individually, of course). He responded with Male. Then we went back to those 5 initials. Out of the 5 initials, he responded the best to B.So then I Googled male names that start with B. Then we went down the list of names. I would ask “Do you like the name Bob?” No. “Do you like the name “Benjamin” Slight Yes. And whenever he would respond with a slight yes, I would ask “Would you like to be named Benjamin?” He would respond with a no or maybe. I would write those names down on the paper to come back to it later. After asking him what felt like hundreds of names lol (it was more like 50-ish), we came to “Baxter” I asked him if he liked it. He responded with a hard Yes. I asked him if He would like me to call him Baxter, and he responded with a Hard Yes again. So there you have it! That’s how Baxter chose his name. Sorry for it being so long!

I'm curious! Does your pendulum have a name? If yes, how'd you come up with it? I tried asking my pendulum if it wanted this or that name but it gave me no's, and I'm stuck hhhhh

Hello!Yes it does! His name is Baxter. We came up with the name together, honestly lol. First I asked him if he wanted me to name him. He said yes. I asked him “Would you like the name to start with an A?” “How about a B?” So on and so forth. We narrowed it down to 5 initials. Then I asked him if he would like a male, female, or unisex name. He responded with Male. Then I asked the 5 initials again and he responded with a strong YES to B. So I googled male names that started with B. I went down the list asking what he thought of names. Most of them were No’s, and some of them were slight Yes’s. When we came across a slight yes, I would ask “Would you like to continue on with the list of names?” And he would say Yes (I would jot down the name he said yes to so we can remember it, just in case).Until we came across the name Baxter. He responded with a Hard Yes. I asked him again if he wants to continue down  the list of names. He responded no.I finially asked him if he would like me to call him Baxter. And he said Yes.So now we’re here lol.

I know its a long process. But hey, it was worth it! I hope this helps!
