When @de_la_r0ca was painting this banner on Flag Road at the Oceti Sakowin Camp you could sense her work might become somewhat iconic by the amount people stopping to take photographs. And...within a couple of days someone had made this beautiful composite with it and it had been posted by @vicmensa and many others. This ensured her banner was seen by millions of people right before the ACOE deadline, when the camp needed the most amount of support. This is on the ground and online art activism at its finest! Today maybe my birthday, but I have a present for you... Please check out Take Me Home and if you like the song you can download it for free at Reachoot.com.  Take Me Home was the story of my summer and features my amazing friends Karel vanBeekom on Sax, Brama Sukarma on Trombone and Scotty Thompson on percussion. The video was filmed at Burning Man and Venice Beach with the help of the wondrous talents of the Goldie Rush, who also contributed some delightful vocals to the track. The song speaks of a call, to an eternal community and tells of taking a trip, a trip back into beautiful light. For me, this return home represents the end of the journey for Reachout and Take Me Home will be my last song under this name. Being Reachout was about getting me to here and I am now ready to embark on some new exciting projects which I look forward to sharing with you. Thank you for all your support!
