5. What are some ways they like to spend time together?They spend a lot of time exploring new areas together. Fen loves to stretch her legs, and she’s usually a better talker when she’s moving. While Solas loves to find hidden places and pick Fen’s brain. It works out for them both. Fen also loves to spar with him, he’s usually the only one who wont hold back just because she’s Inquisitor. Sometimes they even attract a crowd. In downtime Fen will hang out on his lounge chair and read reports or help him out with whatever new magical puzzle he’s solving. Often Solas will ask her to sing for him, and she likes to pretend that she hates that.

6. How do they handle being apart?Well however they handle it, it’s not really an option. Fen has a hard time with it. She’s grown attached to his place beside her, and it’s not a welcome chang. But she deals, because she has to. Because whining about it will get her nowhere and make her seem weaker for the loss. So she buries herself in her tasks. Eventually it gets easier, and that’s what she wants. She’s aware she has an issue with becoming too attached to people, but she’s not going to let it slow her down.

△ for Fen (or any of your ocs where the mage quest is applicable): what would you do if you found out there was no way to escape the "dark timeline" Alexius cast you into?

Fen: Oh cheery thought! The dark future I experienced stuck with me long after I left it. The world had ended, Solas was dying, Bull was dying, and the red lyrium had driven Oz to madness. Corypheus was upon us right before my escape, so I assume i’d have to fight him or find a way to escape with Dorian. Had I found a way to escape, I would’ve died avenging everyone and trying to stop Corypheshit. I can promise you there would’ve been a trail of blood and torn jugulars following me. I’d have nothing to lose and no one to live for. I’m tough, but the people I love mean everything to me, without them, i’m lost.”Fen definitely rates this question a 9/10 on the uncomfortable scale.

TMI Tuesday! Aedren (also omg how have I not spotted this cutie before?!): what would the Nightmare demon say to him? Oswin: in a world where his attraction to Fen isn't so powerful, would he be interested in anyone else romantically? Cenric: does he have a weird hobby no one really knows about? Fen: has she ever shapeshifted just to mess with someone/freak someone out?

“Well don’t tell her, because she doesn’t need to know I admire her so, but Vivienne is…quite the woman. She’s strong willed and, like me, knows how to bring people down a notch with words alone. I may not agree with her views on mages, but I certainly agree with her fashion choices.

“Not many people know this, but I love to draw. I have a little sketch book I keep in my pack at all times. That’s not weird of course, but I guess what might be weird, is my favorite thing to draw. I like drawing people sleeping. There’s something about how peaceful they look. Of course it’s hard to catch people when they’re asleep. So…I may…spend a lot of time sneaking up on, and drawing, my sleeping companions. Don’t tell them please!”

“My favorite part of this ability is being able to scare people! There was once I convinced a noble in Skyhold that the place was haunted by the ghost of a werewolf. I scared some new recruits by walking into the sparring ring with Cullen as a wolf like there was nothing weird about it. Sometimes Leliana likes me to be a part of interrogations as a wolf, it’s intimidating I guess.”

I... am late again, but for TMI tuesday: if Fen had to shapeshift into any other animal, what would she choose and why? If Oswin suddenly woke up in the middle of nowhere with no recollection of how he got there, what would be his first assumption? and if Cenric could become one of his companions for a day, who would he choose?

Fen: “So after I learned how to shift into a wolf I got…ambitious.I thought I could master turning into any animal. Somehow my logical nextchoice from wolf was, a bird. So I spent my days watching the birds trying tostudy their bodies and how they move. I finally managed to turn into a bird, Ieven managed to fly. For a little bit. But nobody ever warns you about opposingwinds. I mean who would warn me anyway? Needless to say I ended up transformingback into a wolf before hitting the forest floor and breaking those fragilewings. I am much, much more comfortable on four legs…or two. But I still thinkabout who freeing it felt to fly. If I had the patience to learn, I’ddefinitely be a bird more often.

Ozzy: “My very first assumption would be that I drank toomuch, and wandered off on my own. I mean unless magic was afoot there could beno other explanation. Maybe I tried to tell the Fen kissing a demon story againand she decided to abandon me in the middle of nowhere? Naw. She’d miss me toomuch.
