since tumblr moves a lot faster than the flight rising forums, i thought i'd ask here, too (because i wanna start selling skins but i need more feedback first): if i offered this kind of skin for sale, would you buy it? would you rather see it on a different breed of dragon? would you rather have it in different colors? how much would you pay for it?
its not even summer yet but it sURE FEELS LIKE IT… gosh dang it california

Bonus:
…NO YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH I LOVE THEIR SIBLING LOVE
YOU DON’T D:
the reason rabbit's shoulders are so pointy in my newest drawing of her is because originally she was going to look more like this:
buuuuut i decided to make her look friendlier
and then i forgot about the hunched shoulders
oh well
it looks kinda neat
i'm gonna keep telling myself that when it starts to bug me
this movie was way too heavy for its intended age group
my first drawing of rabbit in her new style. i'll probably color it sometime this week if i have time this was made after struggling for quite a while to adapt to a new art program that i heard a lot of good things about. it's a closeup simply because i got frustrated and didn't feel like trying to draw more (especially because i need to practice drawing the headpiece first) i'm a bit disappointed to say that my computer doesn't seem to be able to run mischief very well there's a quite noticeable (and annoying) delay between my movement and the drawing of the line on the screen and it usually messes up round shapes i'm not sure how much of it has to do with the limitations of my computer (which can usually run graphics-heavy applications when everything else is closed, but that didn't help at all this time) or perhaps the smaller amount of hard drive space i have left that caused my system to struggle to keep up with the vector creation, or if it's something wrong with the program itself i suppose a lot of my smaller problems just have to do with the fact that i'm not used to trying to get vector lines to behave, as i had a lot of trouble trying to smooth out lines or erase extra bits sticking out and i never realized how much i value freeform selection tools until i was stuck using only a rectangle (which didn't help much with the myriad of positioning and size mistakes i made) if something could solve the problem with the delay and they added a freeform selection tool, i'd probably enjoy it a lot more p.s. it's not quite based on a particular photograph but i looked at trekkiebeth's photos of rabbit for references

"But Rabbit, your audioreceptors are still in perfect working condition. They’re one of the only parts of you that’s still functioning properly…"
"DON’T CARE. BUNNY EARS."
I’m 99% sure that this is how conversations about the chassis upgrade must have gone. May or may not finish this later… it was a sketch that got out of hand once I realized that the perspective was wonky, and I didn’t have enough room on the page for Six’s lower half, and I had no idea what to do with Rabbit’s legs, which is why they kind of… aren’t… there… >_>
