Across town, Ivar and Hvitserk stood outside of Margrethe’s rental home. Hvisterk had convinced her that he wanted to talk about their relationship and even asked her to cook for him. Standing off to the side, Ivar leaned against the house as they waited for her to open the door.
“Coming.” Margrethe yelled before unlocking the front door.
Upon seeing Hvitserk, she smiled and gave him a big hug. Margrethe was more than ready to work things out and get their relationship back on track. As she let go of him, she was surprised to see Ivar.
“What’s he doing here?” She asked.

Ivar was on edge as he took a cigarette out of the slightly crushed Marlboro Reds box and stuck it in his mouth. Shoving the pack of cigarettes back into his leather jacket, he lit up as he waited for his Uber to arrive.
It was nearly three in the morning as he stood in front of the private airport wondering how bad things could be. As he ran a hand nervously through his long brown hair, Ivar took another drag while looking around. He really hoped the driver wasn’t bullshitting when he said he would be there in less than fifteen minutes.
“What the fuck!” Ivar thought to himself.

The prologue to my first ever fanfic titled CLOSER TO ME is complete. I’m editing and prepping pics now. If it gets a good response, I’ll upload the rest of the chapters regularly. Wanted to do something different in-between writing a horror script and a fantasy novel. The story should hit Fri but definitely no later than Sun.
