If you have recently experienced a loss and feel alone...

Please don't isolate yourself,

Numb yourself,

or confine yourself.

It's very important that you focus on loving yourself and those who are close to you. It is during these times when family/friends need each other the absolute most; to care and support for one another. As tempting as it may be to isolate oneself, please try to spend time with those you love. Do not seal up any negative feelings behind closed doors, but acknowledge them to those you trust in order to help with the healing process.

You have a beautiful support network around you at all times, please forever keep this in mind.

You are never alone.

There may come a time in your life when you need to focus a little bit more on yourself. There may come a time when you need to accept a little bit more love from yourself instead of dishing it out to everyone else around you.

At some point, you may need to heal.

And this healing requires the extra energy.

So please, when you need to, give yourself this bit of extra attention. There's nothing shameful about it, for it really comes down to needing to take care of your wounds when it's time for their mending.

Important Mental Checklist.

When was the last time you told YOURSELF that you are beautiful?  

When was the last time you went out of your own way to take better care of yourself?

When was the last time you treated yourself?

When was the last time you showed someone a random act of kindness?

When was the last time you took a risk worth taking?

When was the last time you showed someone unconditional love?

When was the last time you showed YOURSELF unconditional love?

When was the last time you genuinely smiled?

When you have the chance, go through this checklist in your head.  Try to make them each a habit.  Keep your life positive, mindful, and flowing with positive energies.

Why do we get Anxiety?

Why do we get anxiety?

Is it because we worry about what others think of us? Do we all expect something bad to happen to us?  Or do we believe that the world is unable to support us?

What ever it is, it’s a horrid feeling. That feeling that starts deep in your gut and doesn’t seem to go away.  It hangs over your head like a big ball of haziness, screaming at you constantly that bad things are coming,

that your life is out of your control, 

that you are not good enough... 

....Can things get any worse....? 

But they can. We must turn to that voice and completely flip it upside down. Slap it in the face. Turn it OFF. It ruins so many lives. It hurts so many feelings. It damages so many self images that it’s uncountable. Talk about one of the biggest problems that our society faces today.

Anxiety is a bitch. It’s fake. It’s untrue. Next time it pops its filthy head into your life, grab it by the neck and shove it someplace far away. Only you and your own, genuine thoughts are allowed to exist. Pure, and simple. Happy and positive. 

You are stronger than it. 

You are.
