I didn't know what I was getting into when I started reading the Space Emperor posts, so not knowing how it would go I started the story by visualising the emperor as looking like that Berkeley Beetle character from the Thumbalina movie and by the time romance was introduced it was too late and now I'm stuck with that as my mental image of this character. (except wearing better clothes)
