Pro Lifers probably display full term pregnancy in these signs because A.) Pro Lifers philosophically don’t disseminate between stages of life, they believe all life begins at conception. And B.) If it wasn’t depicting a fully pregnant woman, it would have less impact and probably wouldn’t make sense. When you think of an icon for pregnancy, you don’t imagine a 105 lb. woman with no visible signs of pregnancy. Seems pretty obvious and logical to me.
And it's always her tits and tummy or a grey outline, never a full human being, just the "important parts."
