We already know without a doubt that animals truly feel pain. Plants don't have a nervous-system like animals do and they don't compare to the scale of suffering that we already impose on animals every living second on this planet, for them to be slaughtered for a 15 minute-meal that will be forgotten the next day. Plants are also fed to the billions of animals that are kept in hostility for their flesh, eggs and milk. Those truly concerned by pain caused towards plants, would cause less harm by switching to a plant-based diet as it involves less cultivated plants in the use for food. The arguments 'plants feel pain too' is so insulting towards animals but also towards plants. It's such an empty argument for wanting to shut up a vegan with no sense of logic. If veganism is something that does not interest you, that's simply that.
But there is not one ethical, not one moral, or one logical argument against veganism. You're either ignorant or you consciously send innocent beings to death camps after they've been abused for their entire life. And that's something that can be changed. Adding to a massive problem is truly something that needs to be addressed. And that's why vegans won't shut up about veganism.
