Clyde Langer: Is a teenage boy. Is obsessed with being cool. Hasn’t had a male role model since his dad ran off with his mum’s sister when he was nine.

Also Clyde Langer: Adopted his sort-of-teenaged best friend within days of meeting him, and works hard at being a good role model for him. Also immediately adopted the baby his other (grown-up) friend found on her doorstep. Will take care of anything vaguely child-shaped which pops up within the radius of his Dad Senses, and that is a promise.
