Oh man @tuttiflutie ! I am so behind on replying to this, sorry!!! I don't get notifications for some reason. But yes,it was such fun listening to everyone reminiscing about Betrayal. The only downside was the level of disrespect shown by some 'fans' to the other actors and creatives as they spoke. As a theatre fan as well as a Tom fan it's plain embarrassing to witness.
Ah yes. Tom and his metaphors! I swear, he'd have been there all night chatting as well if Jamie hadn't had to wrap things up. We love a chatty Thomas 🥰
Tuttiflutie back again with a story! So, a year ago I set out to write a piano composition to give to Tom at Boston AceComicon. Well, we all know how that went, but I finished the song (finally). Ffwd to Tom’s birthday. I have the inspiration to do a bit of improv based around the song and record myself. I posted the video and tagged Tom in it with birthday wishes on Instagram. Being a relative newbie to Insta, I had no idea it would make his name pop up in my DMs (with an alert that I’d tagged him). Cue my suprise later when I see his account in my lineup of messages. (And no, it wasn’t “seen”, but someday I’ll get that music to him!). Thought you might enjoy a laugh at my expense.

Oh my God! I probably would have freaked the hell out too! *crying laughing* Because.. Yes. There is no probably about it. My no-chill is now legendary. I would have lost my sh*t 😂😂
But joking aside. Yay for finally finishing it (I do remember you telling me about it). I really hope you get to give it to him in person eventually 💓💓
So this might seem like a silly sentimental thing but I thought you’d appreciate it. I have music-color and sound-color synesthesia, so in short every song and sound I hear registers with one or more colors. To me, Tom’s voice is the same dark blue as the sky at night, with juuust a hint of grey-white. Honest to goodness he has one of the prettiest voices I’ve ever heard and seen. (I may have crocheted a blanket with the color palette of his voice to snuggle up with on tough days, hehe.)
It’s absolutely NOT a silly sentimental thing @tuttiflutie I’ve read a lot about this phenomen as it’s always fascinated me. It comes as no surprise that his voice is a lovely, deep blue as well. It’s such a rich, melodic voice with just a hint of a rasp to it… um… where was I? Oh yes. Blanket snuggling! What a lovely idea. I wish you many more Blanket!Tom snuggling nights
