Where's that map that shows how fragmented the West Bank really is by Israeli settlements? Because I need you all to see what the West Bank really looks like and to start to form an idea of what it's like to be in the West Bank, especially now with the the recent escalations of raids and incursions and new checkpoints that seem to be Israel's way of creeping in on Palestinians from the north (Jenin, Tubas, Tulkarem, etc...) and the south (Hebron) simultaneously.

Keep in mind that it's from 2015. The West Bank is far more fragmented today; consider the fact that Israel had approved the largest land grab of Palestinian land in 30 years just this past July, or the fact that Israeli settlers, with the protection of Israeli police, had sized 367 dunams of Palestinian farmland and established 8 settlements just in the month of August, 2024.

So let me say it again, Israel's crimes in Gaza and the West Bank stem from the same colonial goal which is to seize as much Palestinian land as possible and to have the least amount of Palestinians in or around it as possible.

It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it.
