My aunt recently had a baby, and she's a premie, a very very small premie (1.5kg/3 pounds iirc.) She had quite a few complications and had to stay in the NICU for a while, but she's doing much better now and slowly putting on weight! Her size does result in some shenanigans, and one of them made me think of Finn lol. So:

Sweetie idk how to explain this to you but the people you're fighting so hard to support aren't going to care about those "valid reasons", because it was never about "pro life" or "murder." These are people who want to control the bodily autonomy of women and view them only as baby making machines.
Even if they did by some miracle include a list of exceptions in anti abortion laws, look me in the eyes and tell me the medical practitioners who infamously dismiss and belittle the health issues of women (poc and disabled women especially) won't tell people with a "valid reaon" that they don't actually need one and it's just stress/hormones/hysteria/etc.
This way of thinking is so profoundly idiotic that it's almost funny.

Ya'll the urge to snatch my dad's phone from his hand is strong 😭 he's listening to some anti abortion "discussion" and naturally the people speaking are two white Christian men. I heard like one woman's voice and they were arguing against her. There was just constant biblical discussion or whatever. I had to hold back a groan when I heard "they're punishing people for praying and protesting against killing babies" (<- they're talking about Chrisrians showing up to abortion clinics uninvited and harassing the patients and staff)

I would like you to remember that Paralympions are OLYMPIC LEVEL ATHLETES.

It's also being ableist and condescending to the athletes themselves. They're not where they are "in spite of" their disability. If they were, they wouldn't be in the paralympics, just the regular one. They are where they are because they trained to hone their skills, outcompeted their opponents, and were provided with the accommodations they needed.
