The Rae Dunn Invasion.
If you are a fan of Rae Dunn, I hope you've been hitting Home Goods, TJ and Marshalls this Halloween season. I don't know if the resellers gave up, the collectors ran out of room or if inflation has just severely cut into everybody's mug budget, but whatever's going on, I have never seen the stores so jam-packed with Rae Dunn. This time last year, it was a big deal if I saw 2 Rae Dunn Halloween mugs in a single day. Whereas multiple times this year, I am not joking, my Home Goods and TJ have had HUNDREDS of Rae Dunn Halloween crammed into their shelves. It's everywhere, filling up end caps and aisles by the dozens. For years, I have had my eye out from the big cauldron cookie jar and have never seen it in person … until this year. Not only did I find it, but I've seen it 2 or 3 more times since. Never spotted a single acid green Rae Dunn Halloween item in person … until this year. I now have a small collection of abrasively green mugs. This year is crazy!
