Day 4: Brain chemistry is changing again

I have been heavily resting in the state of being successful already regardless of what I'm seeing in my 3D reality now.

I have been re-programming my subconscious everyday all day and I'm already seeing upgrades in how I'm viewing circumstances. Especially in comparison to how I was viewing them the same time last year.

Knowing that the thoughts and feeling state I'm having now is what is about to show up in my reality... I'm excited and I can't wait to blog about it everyday and share my success.

I just came to the realization that I lost my relationship because I manifested that.

I've been struggling with manifestation since I heard of it, because I think I can't manifest anything but bad things.

And I wish I knew how to undo this.

Good afternoon!

In the beginning we all struggle with this. I remember when I first started diving into manifestation and how this 3D and 4D reality works. It hit me like a car to realize that all of my thoughts had manifested the current reality I was living.

And it's true. When I started to analyze past thoughts, feelings and actions towards certain situations I did in fact manifest a lot of undesirable and desirable experiences into my reality.

I've been able to easily manifest relationships with the types of men I've wanted but when I get them my limiting beliefs would kick in. (Kind of glad they did with the past men I've dated because I realized I wanted even better) These negative beliefs can also be heightened by the media we take in as well. Such as videos, music, books we read.

As far as the belief that you only manifest bad things... that is a limiting belief. You need to re-program that subconscious belief into a positive one. I like to type in my limiting beliefs into chatgpt to give me new affirmations to say to myself everyday. These new affirmations will help regulate your nervous system surrounding the limiting belief and to reverse engineer your subconscious mind.

I typed your limiting belief into chatgpt and asked it to give me some affirmations that reverse engineer it into a positive belief. Here are a few examples of what it provided:

  • I am a magnet for healthy, loving, and fulfilling relationships that support my growth and happiness.
  • I am worthy of relationships that are built on mutual respect, understanding, and joy.
  • I trust in my ability to manifest only positive, enriching experiences in my love life.

Say these everyday to yourself as much as you need to until you fully believe you only manifest good experiences in relationships and in your life overall. You will then start to see the old 3D fade out and the new belief system you have now installed into your subconscious show up instead.

Since I work in tech I like to make sense of these things in regards to how our technology works (I mean the CPU of every device is basically designed after the human brain) Think of your current 3D reality as like old software with vulnerabilities and glitches (i manifest bad things and bad experiences in relationships) that need to be updated and patched. The affirmations, feelings, and thought patterns are the new updates and features for your new software. So when you perform a software update all of the patches, security upgrades, and new features will start to show up into your reality because you have reprogrammed all of your negative beliefs into positive ones.
