Aww thank you! I really do love that video. I’ve thought about it a few times to do a fic for it, but honestly I dunno when I’d ever get to it. I’m rather busy these days and seem to spit out fanfiction at random. Maybe I’ll have to go rewatch Trinity.

Annnd once again I have no idea where my other post on this very thing went so apologies for the repeated ones. I decided to try and tempt people into new fandoms by sharing my fics not just from small fandoms, but the pretty much non-existent ones. (Hey, I’d say most of the small ones get featured in my Small Fandoms Fest post, so they still get love.) Also did one for Rare Pairings. No one else may have seen it, but there was a different side to Merit than what he showed to the world- a person who was full of laughter and life. Kilo had seen it and, if he were being honest, had fallen in love with it.

During the Yucatan exploration, Tyler defies orders by not coming up when Jack calls time. When his brother scolds him for it, Tyler brushes it off but he can see the fire in Jack’s eyes and knows he’s in for it later.

Hands down, it has to be It’s an Animal Thing (Chronicles of Riddick; Riddick/Johns; Shapeshifters AU).
2. Your least favorite fic you’ve written
Probably a toss up between Never Say Never and You Were a Poet (both Battle Creek; Russ/Milt; the former is a Sentinel/Guide AU). Neither really turned out as I originally intended and I felt they were a bit rushed.
3. Your most popular fic
Based on kudos- and I about choked on my tongue at the number!- that would be Bleeding Hearts (Fast & Furious; Dom/Brian; Soulmate AU).
4. The fic you wish more people would read
If I had to pick just one, I guess it would be Staking a Claim (Generation Kill; Brad/Nate/Walt; A/B/O), cause I’ve gotten zero feedback on it.

Geez, that’s like impossible. I guess the most fun ones are crossover pairings since it’s not anything you tend to see a lot and it’s always fun doing something unique. To that end there’s:

Umm, only thing I can think of at the moment is The Necro Way (Chronicles of Riddick; Riddick/Johns/Vaako), with everything surrounding the Underverse. To that end, some of my other Riddick fics contribute to Necro culture too, like Necro Courting (Chronicles of Riddick; Riddick/Vaako).

A gift for caseywolfe07 who is amazing and deserves it. When I asked her to narrow it down she basically listed every fandom and otp we share. It was not helpful, but I got inspired and decided to challenge myself by combining something we both love, but I have never written before (Drake/Hannibal King) with one of her favorite tropes (shapeshifters).

Summary: After that he tells the Sommerfields what he is. What exactly was taken away from him when Danica turned him. Nothing really changes except that when he can’t sleep at night he’ll join Anna in the lab and curl up on her feet in jaguar form. When Zoe has a nightmare he’ll curl up in bed with her, a giant, furry sentinel guarding her from the evils of the world.

So it’s that time of year ago so I thought I would share my last three Small Fandoms Fest contributions.
hello friend, have you ever genuinely considered crossovers before? I don't remember ever seeing any that you've written or anything, and I was wondering about it, because I read a fab Riddick/Fast and Furious fic and it brought up how much I'd just fricking love to watch Dom and Riddick interact with each other, and I'd love to talk with you about something like that :)
Oh I totally love crossover fics- especially between movies that have the same actors. I actually did an F&F/Riddick crossover series: The Brothers Johns. And another F&F/Riddick one: Elemental of the Lake.
Also have a few other crossover things, though not sure if you’re into the other movies they’re crossed with. No Cure for Vampirism (Blade/F&F), In the End, Love (Criminal Minds/F&F), Second Chances (Torque/F&F), Dracula (Blade/Dracula Untold).
As far as Dom and Riddick interacting. I had an idea awhile ago with Brian and Dom being woken out of cryosleep by the Necros when they took over a slam.

Originally this was supposed to be just a Blade:Trinity vid with everyone. Then this part happened, and it ended up being a shippy vid. Still it was meant to be longer but in going through all my vids and cleaning out the duds, I've started to trim the fat on a lot of them too. This just happened to be one of those.

#amwritingchallenge Day 8: Neglected project
Yeah, try projects, plural. My Big Three as they’ve been come to be called, are three large multi-chapter projects. As in over 12 chapters, over 22 chapters, and a three part story (each part being a full length story in itself), respectively. Yeah, they’re big and they’ve all been going in and out of my active folder for years now. Hopefully I’ll finish them at some point. I seriously love all of them which is probably why I’ve kept plugging away at them, and why they didn’t get abandoned in the Great Culling I just had.
There are admittedly many other projects where even though they haven’t been neglected as long, they’ve still been neglected. The sad thing being that there are some that are done for the most part as well. *sigh* Damn you muse.
