But even with my low expectations for the actual story, why is one of the dullest female characters the lead?
10 mins into Bridgerton and I don’t think I’m gonna need anything other than pretty scenery and costumes from this show. VR development needs to speed up so I can send myself into a world like this (minus the whole awful politics of Regency England aspect, of course).
Whenever a fashion you tuber calls a bland second-half-of-the-twentieth-century, western-fashion clothing item “timeless” and “classic,” I like to imagine people from different time periods and corners of the world cringing with me.
