status update: sorry for the lack of content lately. i hit a new low in my mental health and i’m tired of my own stubborn excuses to not see a professional about my depression and anxiety, especially when i now feel its effecting my loved ones drastically. hopefully i’ll see someone sometime in the next two weeks
