Overall, the game is surprisingly faithful to the book! I understand most of the changes they made, considering the constraints Her was working under at the time (namely, limiting the number of characters and keeping all the action inside the mansion). The book is worth a read if only so that you can spend the whole time hating Louis even more than before.
