I don't remember what they originally were because fo4 is infinite level up, so now I'm taking whatever is useful and not necessarily what suits her. but in the beginning, i know she was relatively high Intelligence and Charisma. Most notably, I started her with the 1 Luck and am working her up to 10 Luck because I think that kind of fits her story
