Morocco
Couscous (Berber: Seksu) is a Berber dish of semolina, traditionally served with a meat or vegetable stew spooned over it. It's a staple food in Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and Libya. Couscous was elected as the 3rd-favorite dish in France in 2011. It's also popular in the West African Sahel, Spain/Canary Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy (particularly in Sicily's Province of Trapani), as well as Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, parts of the Middle East, and India.
