All Might has had ENOUGH

All For One gave Tomura the Quirk??? (Just a theory! spoilers below though.)

(Spoilers for chapter 235 throughout!!) So idk if you've seen the leaks but there's a guy at the door who gets Tenko in trouble and he looks suspiciously like AFO. My theory is, AFO knew exactly where Shimura's family was and made sure he knew about all of their abilities. He would be watching them like a hawk, no doubt. Maybe Tenko was Quirkless (I think there are leaks saying something like that tbh but I'm not certain on that) and knowing how Tenko was treated by his family, he knew such a destructive Quirk would eventually result in the deaths of the boys family and leave him as a broken and empty vessel for AFO to pour his ideals into.  How else could All For One have conveniently shown up after Tomura dusted his family? He knew it would happen and he knew Tomura would need help and yet none would come. It was entirely planned out from the very beginning.   It would work really well too, because Horikoshi loves those parallels. For example, both Midoriya and Tomura saying "What I really wanted them to say was..." and the answer is of course "you can become a hero." and if they both started Quirkless, then All Might and All For One essentially play exactly the same roles just for opposite sides. It's been that way already, but if their successors had such similar origins but for entirely different reasons...? oof. Tomura being given a Quirk to drive him into despair and dye him with evil, Midoriya being given a Quirk to raise him up higher into the world of heroics so he can save people. I love it.
