why don’t you want strange in spiderman 2?
he ugly
Thank god someone finally said it
I support this conjecture
Jesus. super mature response to the MCU; trash a character because you don’t like how the actor looks. yikes.
“Someone finally said it” like Tumblr users haven’t been showing how shallow and superficial they are for years by calling Benedict every name in the book because of his looks. Body positive website my ass🙄
Can y’all stop it with shaming Ben bc he’s ‘ugly’ I mean he’s a wonderful actor who works hard on his roles y’all just mad he’s talented af
Saying someone shouldnt act because they’re ugly is shallow af. Benedict is an amazing actor who doesnt deserve this hate.
I love it when something starts out as a negative post and it becomes a love fest ❤️
It’s so funny to see that Tumblr people always say “Being fat is okay, being not beautiful is okay, just love yourself” and then shout out some celebs are ugly in front of everybody. And even have the gut to publish that. Amazing.
To all y’all above with the hate: Fuck y’all.
Lmao immatures. You are just jealous because he is so loved and talented lol.
Everyone accepts that professor Utonium made the powerpuff girls by accident when he spilled chemical X, but nobody questions why he was making little girls in the first place.
Because he wanted daughter’s but didn’t have a wife/girlfriend.

Yurio’s influence on fashion is evident.
The squirrel’s facial expression makes this even better
on a sincere note though, you guys do know that 22 is not old and 30 is not ancient, right? like yeah by 30 you will hopefully have matured but hearing some of you talk like life ends at 30 is a little worrying. one day, not as far away as it may seem, you will be 30 and you will still be a person with value, you will probably still have a lot of the same interests, you will still use the internet, and you will still be you. you have your whole life ahead of you
I was horrified of turning 30 for so long because I saw so many people on the internet for years and years get outright mocked for being 30. Like, that was it, just “LMAO this person is fucking 30!!!!!!!!” as if people are expected to be either huge successes or invisible when their 20’s are over.
But now that it’s done with I realize the 30’s are just the start of being an adult. The 20’s are a transition out of your teens and a period during which you will still constantly fuck up and have nothing sorted out.
And no, none of your interests or tastes change whatsoever. I think my generation especially thought 30 was “grown up” just because our own parents weren’t into anything fun and so many boomers tried to convince us that we needed to stop liking games or cartoons by even 20.
I wound up waking up still thinking about that last bit.
When I was a kid in the 80’s, almost anyone over 30 tended to be interested primarily in TV dramas, sitcoms, sports and blockbuster movies. If they had hobbies, it was golfing, fishing, knitting usable clothes only or collecting commemorative plates. Their greatest aspirations were to have a job and children, period. They were expected to have moved out and sustained themselves by 19 years old. Any activity as creative as playing music or painting was considered a frivolous and luxurious hobby.
So there was this quiet assumption between us and the older generation that this was just the way of things and that by at least 24 or something we would have all moved on and magically stopped liking everything we liked as kids. I remember a feature in Nintendo Power or something about how they found people “even” in their 20’s, 30’s and beyond who enjoyed playing video games sometimes. ASTOUNDING.
But…then the internet happened. That’s really what changed. Suddenly people had an outlet to connect to other “losers” and “weirdos” who still clung to stuff like Star Wars or Dungeons and Dragons or Anime even past TWENTY (!!!!!!!!!) and even people who still felt like they had to maintain a boring, serious “adult life” could go home, get on the internet and argue anonymously about The Phantom Menace.
This normalized itself in exponential leaps and bounds to where we are now, with fandom culture and artistic pursuits becoming more mainstream, but the same generations that thought of 25-30 as the cut-off point for anything “childish” are still alive, so we’re still not completely and totally removed from that mindset.
So much so, that it’s even still a norm for people to think the internet and fandom culture “belongs” mostly to kids and teens and that the older you are, the more you’re a foreign and possibly even creepy intruder in that space.
So every day a new wave of people on sites like this one hit 30 and have to overcome the shock that, actually, they’re the same exact person and have no reason or ability to just drop everything they enjoyed in favor of shopping for ties and watching the stock market.
P.S. you don’t get over any of your mental illness or any way you might be marginalized either. There’s a whole other discussion you can have here about how the older generation also expected everybody to also just “suck up” anything wrong about the world or their ability to live in it.
Honestly? I needed this. I’ve been having some anxiety over how short my life seems to be, and I feel comforted by this.
Shit like this shouldn’t even be an issue news should be unbiased, factual, and the full story not just bites taken out of context
In an article actually entitled, “A fake news story helps expose a real crisis,” author Lauren Pearle admits the Trump administration was unfairly accused of having “lost” 1,500 kids who’d crossed the southwest U.S. border illegally – a claim I’d disputed in a video roughly four weeks ago, only to be accused of Nazism by radical progressives.
But by ABC’s own admission (and as I’d pointed out), the administration didn’t “lose” anyone; they’d simply placed these kids with sponsors, usually a family member, who didn’t respond when the government tried to check up on the child.
But despite the whole thing being a total load of baseless crap, as ABC now admits, the network still suggests the “fake news” ended up being a great thing because it blew the lid off the Trump administration’s family separation policy. Here’s an actual excerpt from ABC’s piece:
“But all the digging had uncovered a separate issue that had also been reported, but had not yet captured the nation’s full attention: the Trump administration’s practice of separating migrant children from their parents at the southern border, which accelerated under the ‘zero-tolerance’ policy announced in April.
“…That outcry, which reached a fever pitch in recent weeks, took months to unfold. And it largely began with a search for children who probably weren’t missing after all.“
Pearle doesn’t point out, of course, that the Obama administration also had a policy of temporarily separating families at the border (a fact MSNBC finally and begrudgingly admitted after weeks of slamming Trump), albeit to a lesser extent given the administration’s policy of simply releasing illegal aliens into the country without so much as a slap on the wrist. In fact, the policy of family separation was first launched after the Obama administration was sued for holding migrant children in detention facilities with their parents for extended periods of time – a court case that ended when the Ninth Circuit ruled these kids couldn’t be held for more than 20 days.
At least they started a conversation.

Stealing from the Macy’s you work isn’t revolutionary. Nor is shoplifting. You are just a lazy bum.
If a loving cat owner was ever shrunken down to the size of a mouse, their cat would probably sniff them once, decide that the creature they were sniffing was indeed their loving owner, and then proceed to eat them anyway.

Meet the Doctor’s new friend, Yaz.
He would bring destruction, and pain, and death, and the end of everything I love because of what he will become. And for the briefest moment of pure instinct, I thought I could stop it.
It passed like a fleeting shadow.
Anyway if you’re gonna make fun of fat men for wearing speedoes/swim suits/ect but defend fat women who are being made fun of for wearing swim suits/bikinis you don’t actually care about fat people lmao.
You either make fun of all of it or defend all of it. You can’t pick and choose.
