Huasing was supposed to be tucked into Mingjue's side but it messed up the composition. I imagine that would upset him, so I left him out. Also tried to go for a more sketchy style, not obsessing about details too much. I think it turned out quite nice!

Anyways -as I was drawing I imagined some unrestrained summer fun for these two in Yunmeng's lakes. I am not saying it would fix them but I am sure it wouldn't make anything worse at least!

I got this incredibly delightful prompt from @trueishcolours: "The image that is seared into my brain is modern Xichen laughing and lounging on one of those plush sofas in a fancy fitting room, wearing a pair of rhinestone-encrusted heart-shaped glasses" (going shopping with the Yunmeng bros and his own brother)

And I just had to draw him. And when he appeared on my screen, suddenly I was slapping colours onto him and here we are now. I haven't drawn in months and this just happened within a couple of hours. He delights me and I love him.

Hey y'all!

I have been quiet for a while, life was... a lot.

For those who are curious, my most beloved Granny had a stroke and we had to move her into a care home - no worries though, she has recovered splendidly and is doing better now than before. We have been incredibly lucky but as you can imagine, it was plenty of stress.

My partner and I have been flat hunting as well and I am still in the middle of preparing to move. Exciting but also draining. My dearest Loki is struggling to deal with it all and honestly so am I.

Long story short. I am itching to create and draw and do something fun. I wanna draw some Nie Mingjue tiddies or whatever.

If you got suggestions, refs, ideas or whatnot. Please. Send them my way. I wanna have a bath tonight, some wine and then a doddling session. Thanks guys. ;_;

This is one of those sketches where I gave up half-way through as you might be able to tell... Will get back at this at another day but I wanted to share nevertheless because I got excited about this one. So enjoy some fine unfinished anatomy and my horrendous sketching colours. :D

I had 3 months to rotate this idea in my brain and finally knew how to execute on this! I do wish to colour this at some point but I wanted to share what I drew today.

And oooohhh yes, I do have a bunch of those! One I haven't drawn in a while is my centaur lady Frenja, one of my very first characters for a ttrpg. I love her so much, she is a precious bean.

To the person who told me after I posted one of my earlier drawings of her that she looks too manly and ugly because of her flat chest, strong arms and big chin: hope you learned how to appreciate beauty in all form and shapes and/or how to keep your mouth shut. Be nice or get blocked. :)

Whaaaa, what a fun prompt this is! Thank you so much for throwing it my way! I decided to place Jiang Cheng on my very own balcony that I love very much. (It's way too hot outside to actually sit there right now, but it's still very nice to look at, it's one of my happy places!)

Summer break doodles!

It's that time again! Summer break is right around the corner and as is tradition by now, I will use the last day of school as a day of celebrating the joy of creating.

So whatever doodle suggestion you might have - send it my way! And the art might happen. :D
