Imma just do a rant on here real quick because the slick disrespectful comments on Aaliyah’s name is disgusting and irritating tf out of me lately. For the fact she’s not here to defend herself NOR to speak on the trending topic that people are linking her name into. Aaliyah definitely deserved better in her short life and should be remembered for her career, her influence and impact that she left behind in both the music & fashion industry. Exploiting her trauma for a “spotlight” moment is definitely not cool.
