A message from Catherine, The Princess of Wales As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown. The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you. With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything. This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved. Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes. I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can. Despite all that has gone before I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life. William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling. To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. She isn't someone I follow closely but I appreciate anyone who ages gracefully without resorting to turning themselves into a latex balloon.

It looks like they made it to music festival. To be clear, this is an annual FREE event that draws a huge crowd. These people did not show up for the grifters.

Haha look at me influencing people. As a baseline I will say I do not smoke and am religious about using sunscreen.
So lately I have also been alternating with a good AHA/BHA in the evenings, I use the peel pads by Dr. Dennis Grossman but there are lots of other great options (e.g. Pixi at Target). I have also been a little too obsessed with hydration, so I use the snail mucin essence by Cosrx, followed by a hydrating moisturizer (currently using the HA and Ceramides one from Loreal) and then I lock it in with a good skin barrier cream at night. Do I look insane when I go to sleep? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes.
I follow Dr. Sherene Idriss on IG and she turned me on to the Cicaplast Baume B5 from La Roche Posay and that's something I reach for if my skin needs extra TLC.
Now here is my biggest secret. This Aztec clay mask gets me better results than $100 masks I have bought from Skinceuticals or even Shani Darden. I will be using this mask for the rest of my life. It's so good that even my teenage son will ask me to put it on for him (teenage acne problems). It comes in a giant tub for $15 and will last you all year.
PS if you think my skincare routine is crazy, you should see my 14 year old daughter's bathroom shelf. She has twice as much product as me (all age appropriate I promise) and most of it is K beauty.
60 something here who looks 40 something. Cerave facial wash. Surprise find this year- Gold Bond moisturizer. I use the retinol moisturizer at night on my neck. I use Cerave light moisturizer at night on my face. I have the laroche possay spf moisturizer for the day for my face. Use whatever eye moisturizer you want. Seriously. I mix it up. I have the regular Gold Bond new light moisturizer for body. That’s it. You don’t need a lot of stuff to look good.
I started using the Gold Bond Retinol Body Lotion this year too! I figured it was time to start using retinol on the rest of my body, especially my hands.

As a no nonsense man and a person who freely speaks his mind, I truly appreciate that Catherine, at least from the pictures and short clips we've seen, had a good relationship with Philip.
He adored her and it was plain to see in all the pictures of them from over the years. Most importably Catherine made sure George and Charlotte made memories with their great grandfather while there was still time, and I am sure that wasn't lost on him.
There are many stories and anecdotes about the close bond that Philip has not just with William but with Catherine too.

I haven't seen any close ups of the bracelets, I just assumed they were friendship bracelets from the Taylor Swift concert.
I do not think that Kate's engagement ring is cursed and I promise you she will not stop wearing it. When she is at Norfolk she doesn't have it on, we know this from many other pictures and videos released over the years that were shot at Norfolk. That Sapphire ring is huge and heavy and it's more of a showpiece than something you wear around the house when you are mucking around with the kids.

It seems like those who had a really rough childhood had keen eyes and can easily see right through people.
I think in his case it was that he had been around long enough and seen enough, thanks to his unique vantage point, to see an interloper from a mile away.

Of all the mistakes that the BRF made when it came to Harry and Meghan, making Harry Colonel of the Royal Marines after Prince Philip is up there. That's a Colonelship that should have stayed with The Prince of Wales or the next Consort.
