A Healing Ritual

DISCLAIMER: This is not meant to replace medical intervention.

What You'll Need:

- Your favorite body wash/soap

- A washcloth

Pretty simple so far, right?

Optional:

- Crystals

- Music

Directions

If you choose to use crystal and/or listen to music place your crystals in the bathroom with you, choose ones that are know for healing or simply choose ones you are lead to for this ritual. And likewise if you choose to have music playing make sure that you choose music that puts your mind in the state in which you wish to best carry out this ritual.

1. Start washing your body, as you do so say either to your self or out loud I cleanse my body of illness. Picture the sickness being absorbed into your wash cloth and being drawn out of your body. Do this continually until it is time to rinse your body.

2. Once it is time to rinse your washcloth thoroughly and picture any illness that you shifted into your cloth being completely rinsed away. Next, as you rinse your body say either to yourself or out loud, healing is entering every cell of my body. Envision the water in a healing color (for me it is real) and picture that water penetrating your body and healing every single cell.

3. Towel off, say I accept my healing (once again, either to yourself or out loud) thank the water for it's service to you then your done. You may even wish to say a little prayer afterwards to conclude this ritual.

Why Friday the 13th is Actually a Good Day

Ever since I was a child I have observed everyone's superstitious beliefs about Friday the 13th, naturally seeing this I also bought into the idea that this was an unlucky day, later I came to realize that this was utter bullshit and not only is this not a bad or unlucky day, it is actually a great day! So let's start by breaking a few things down. Friday is associated with the Goddess Venus (at least in Roman mythology), Venus is the goddess of love, sexuality, fertility, and beauty. The number 13 is associated with death and rebirth, as matter of fact the death card in tarot is the 13th card in the deck and is associated with the astrological sign Scorpio. if you add the two digits up (1 and 3) you get 4, which is a number of advancement, practicality, and stability, so with these energies being present of Venus, the numbers 13, and 4 take time to enjoy and use them to your advantage and if it looks like everything is falling apart on any particular Friday the 13th, be glad! That just probably means old lower vibrational energies are being cleared away to make room for higher vibrational energies that will work to serve your highest good!
