Just a reminder that even if you are actively working on yourself healing isn't:

I feel bad __________------------- I feel good!

It's more like:

I feel bad--------______ I feel worse ----- I feel okay ----- I feel great! ____wtf! I feel even worse ------ I feel wonderful!

And guess what? That's perfectly fine and likely to happen in cycles.

Healing is about getting better, it's not about fixing everything at once, it's about actually getting to the root cause of things because if you don't, you're just putting a Band-Aid on whatever you're going through. And who wants a Band-Aid when they could actually heal the wound? Just keep doing the healing as you can and remember there's no need to rush it. Take your time and if necessary, and if you've been afforded the opportunity, get professional help. Even if you're at your lowest right now and you're still doing the work or you've put the work down and are considering picking it back up to heal yourself. You are still doing amazing!

Simple Sleepy Girl Mocktail & Herbal Sleepy Girl Mocktail Recipes

These are just some of my sleepy girl Mocktail Recipes, let me know what you think if you try them! 💚

Simple Sleepy Girl Mocktail Recipe

  • 1 tbsp. tart cherry concentrate
  • 1 tsp. magnesium bisglycinate powder
  • 8 oz. of water, fruit juice, or sparkling water

Mix together a small amount of your water, juice, or sparkling water and magnesium powder. I do this because I find it helps the magnesium to dissolve easily. Then add the tart cherry concentrate along with the rest of your water, juice, or sparkling water.

Herbal Sleepy Girl Mocktail Recipe

  • 1 tbsp. dried roses (make sure they are food grade)
  • 1 tbsp. chamomile
  • 2 tsp. passionflower
  • 1 tbsp. tart cherry concentrate
  • 1 tsp. magnesium bisglycinate powder
  • 4 oz of your favorite fruit juice

Create an infusion of the dried roses, chamomile, and passionflower by adding the herbs to a 16 oz heat safe jar, then fill the jar up the rest of the way with freshly boiled water. Allow it to sit until it cools completely. Once you are ready to make your mocktail, strain, then mix a small amount of your infusion or juice along with your magnesium into your glass. Once the magnesium has dissolved add the rest of your infusion along with your tart cherry concentrate and fruit juice.

Below are the links to the tart cherry concentrate and magnesium bisglycinate I use to make my mocktails.
